Ingredients
Meatloaf
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 3/4 cup panko crumbs
Glaze
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the ground beef into a large mixing bowl.
Chop the onion into small cubes.
Then, add in chopped onion, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, milk, olive oil, eggs, ketchup, and panko crumbs.

Next, mix all ingredients well. It’s easiest to use your hands, but you can also mix with a mixing spoon.

After everything is mixed well, transfer the meat into glass baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Last, add the glaze on the top of the meatloaf, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
To Make The Glaze:
In a mixing bowl, add in ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder and onion powder.

Whisk together until smooth.
